Exclusive rights in France
Offline and online lottery games, for which FDJ UNITED has exclusive rights, are the Group’s legacy business and its primary source of revenue. Its lottery offer in France includes prize draws such as Loto and Euromillions, as well as Illiko instant games.
FDJ UNITED also holds exclusive rights for sports betting at points of sale, with two types of offers: fixed-odds betting, for more than 50 sports; and pooled betting.
With 29,000 points of sales (the largest network of sales outlets in France), FDJ UNITED games are played by nearly half of the French adult population.

INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY AND B2B SOLUTIONS
FDJ UNITED is the operator of Premier Lotteries Ireland (PLI), the Irish National Lottery. With a workforce of more than 200 people, PLI distributes around 30 games through a diversified network of 5,200 points-of-sale, as well as online, with a 18% share of digital stakes. PLI owns the exclusive rights to operate the Irish national lottery up to 2034.
FDJ UNITED provides B2B solutions in international markets. We own Relax Gaming, a supplier of online gambling products, with an outstanding product platform and game studio.

PAYMENTS & SERVICES
FDJ UNITED, via its subsidiary FDJ Services, has diversified with the roll-out of a French payment and collection service under the Nirio brand name. With an extensive network of point–of–sale registered as agents with the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority and a wide range of services, it aims to become one of France’s leading players in point-of-sale payment and collection.
